China calls its policy toward the internet "cybersovereignty." It believes any country has the right to control, regulate, and censor the internet within its borders. China is encouraging every nation to follow its approach.

China's cybersovereignty has restricted the use of the internet meeting program called Skype. Skype has been 316NOW's vehicle for teaching our online courses. We will now move to other vehicles. This will increase our ministry costs because we will have to purchase access to these programs.
