MINISTRY//New Years greetings

A dear Chinese friend of 316NOW shared this New Years graphic with us today. She has been a student of our Bible institute, has arranged groups for us to teach when we travel in her area, and has served as an example of Christian faith for all who know her.

Our friend has learned to rejoice in God’s grace and to treasure its value. She highlighted 2 Corinthians 5:17. What a wonderful guide to take us into and through 2019.. “If anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!”

Jesus’ love for us means that throughout every day — in every moment — we are new creatures. Fully forgiven. Fully loved. Fully accepted.

May our friend’s encouragement for us at 316NOW be your reason for celebration and joy day after day in the new year. Because of grace, you are — constantly — God’s new creation.
