NEWS//Violent Hong Kong counter-protests

Protesters once again were on the main streets of Hong Kong on Sunday (July 21) to express their displeasure over the pro-Beijing sentiments of Hong Kong’s government.

They were met with a violent counter-protest hours after their protest march ended.

Hundreds of masked assailants dressed in white assaulted residents, protesters, journalists, and a lawmaker in Yuen Long.
