MINISTRY//Thank God for our new administrators

Thank the Lord of the Church with us.

Last week, 316NOW welcomed two new administrators to our team.

Unfortunately, for security reasons, we can’t tell you who our new administrators are. But that won’t make any difference when you thank God for them.

One of those administrators assumes responsibility for our Sheep to Lambs Division. Our former administrator needed to back away from that position because of health issues in his family. (By the way, we would appreciate it if you would add a prayer about those health issues to your prayer list, as well.) Our new administrator has a career as an educator. He has worked to develop the Sheep to Lambs ministry from the beginning. You’ll find more information about Sheep to Lambs here.

Our other new administrator will lead the effort to refocus our Mainland China Ministries Division. For over a year, a committee of board members has worked to redesign this division so it can more fully assist Chinese church leaders in becoming Confessional Lutherans. The division will also strengthen ties with sister organizations working in China in order to better coordinate our efforts and reduce duplication of effort.

This administrator spent many years living in China. He currently serves as a pastor in the United States. You’ll find more information about Mainland China Ministries in the Networking section of our What We Do page.

Like our other administrators, our new administrators volunteer their time so that 316NOW might fully proclaim grace across China NOW.
