MINISTRY//WELS in East Asia

You’ve probably seen the information. The Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod (WELS) is highlighting its gospel-sharing ministry in East Asia. Read their post here.

For good reason. Thousands of souls have been introduced to God’s grace in Jesus through this ministry. Confessional Lutheran pastors have been trained by it. They have launched many congregations and are raising up leaders to shepherd them.

This area of the WELS worldwide ministry has also provided 316NOW — and other groups like us — with valuable advice, materials, and friendship. Our approaches to bringing the gospel to more souls is different, but our goals are the same: that more will share heaven with us. We thank God for their ministry.
