On this Labor Day in the United States, we are thanking God for the grace-motivated work that our board of directors does.

The role of the Board

Under their leadership, our ministry direction is determined, our fiscal integrity is maintained, and our gospel-sharing ministry is evaluated and improved.

Our board is comprised entirely of Confessional Lutherans. Board members include pastors from the United States and China, a leader in gospel outreach to Southeast Asia, a former certified public accountant, Lutheran school teachers. a retired executive for a multi-national company, a business owner, an attorney, and a former college administrator. The youngest is in his thirties; the oldest is in his 70s.

The blessings the Board brings

The board's range of experience and training, not to mention a commitment to their Savior Jesus, provides 316NOW with a rich variety of perspectives and results in logical and courageous plans for the future.

316NOW is blessed to have these board members. Through them, the Proverbs are showing the fruit promised from listening to able counselors: Without counsel plans fail, but with many advisers they succeed;… in an abundance of counselors there is safety;… in abundance of counselors there is victory (Proverbs 15:22, Proverbs 11:14, Proverbs 24:6).
